Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, thereby enhancing their understanding and ability to cope.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to refine and improve therapeutic techniques.
