Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish trust and rapport with clients, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for therapy.

• Thoroughly assess and diagnose mental health disorders using standardized evaluation tools and interviews.

• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual assessments, collaborating with clients to set achievable goals.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Interface with other health professionals and refer clients to specialists when additional services are warranted.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Qualifications\n
