Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, ensuring each individual receives tailored treatment plans designed to foster growth and healing.

• Facilitate in-depth therapy sessions, either individually or as part of couple or family interventions, utilizing effective techniques that align with the clients’ needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support when necessary, ensuring clients have the tools and coping strategies to manage their situations.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure the delivery of holistic and integrated care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy sessions and interactions with clients in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, promoting accountability and continuity of care.

• Engage in regular case reviews and team meetings, contributing to ongoing professional development and collaborative care planning.

Qualifications\n

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in good standing.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or mental health settings.

• Proficiency in employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and practices to achieve optimal client outcomes.
