Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure live video conferencing platforms to assist adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive care and optimal treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Utilize self-assessment tools and metrics to monitor client progress and engage in active treatment plan adjustments as required.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date and thorough clinical documentation using our streamlined therapist portal, ensuring all patient information is HIPAA compliant.
\n
• Provide individual therapy for clients aged 13 years and up and couples therapy, employing various evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic approaches.

• Engage in measurement-based care, demonstrating a commitment to continuously improve therapy outcomes through focused assessments.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and security regulations while ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

Our client demographic ranges from adolescents aged 13 and above to adults, encompassing a variety of cultural backgrounds and emotional struggles. Qualifications\n
