Work Environment\n

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to a dynamic outpatient team. You will interact with colleagues to collaborate on treatments, share insights, and coordinate care effectively. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. You will also have the autonomy in managing your schedule to accommodate client preferences and therapeutic engagements.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Fresh Start Counseling Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations and formulating personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing both virtual and in-person therapy sessions.
\n
• Documenting all clinical interactions meticulously in compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including treatment plan reviews and case notes.

• Delivering exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and actively engaging with their support networks.
\n
• Employing creative therapeutic interventions tailored to empower clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborating with case managers, schools, and medical personnel to coordinate and enrich service delivery for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Your therapeutic approach will accommodate various mental health challenges, from addiction and anxiety to relationship issues and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
