Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose clients' mental health challenges, including factors related to their personal lives, relationships, and familial contexts.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based techniques and modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to establish and achieve personalized therapeutic goals, actively tracking their progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing communication with other healthcare professionals when necessary to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Document all sessions and treatment plans meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential client records in the approved electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population, which includes adults as well as children and adolescents. You will be responsible for addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapeutic services.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including adults and youth, is highly desirable.

• A strong commitment to providing equitable mental healthcare and promoting a warm, inclusive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management with clients in acute distress.
