Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health challenges and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), tailored to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and systematically monitor their progress to enhance engagement and outcomes.

• Deliver teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual counseling options.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation to uphold ethical standards and ensure the continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and more. Your focus will be on delivering culturally sensitive and effective therapy, ensuring that all clients feel understood and respected regardless of their background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess a current license or be eligible for licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
