Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality, individualized therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address specific client challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, ensuring progress is monitored and adjusted as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients with mobility issues or those in remote areas, ensuring consistent access to care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure in the state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
