Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges, leading to tailored treatment plans that may include individual therapy, group therapy, or family counseling.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches, adjusting your methods based on individual client circumstances to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor and note their progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to best support their journey toward recovery.

• Provide teletherapy services, facilitating virtual sessions for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer the convenience of remote access to therapy.

• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of therapy sessions and assessments in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and consultations to stay current with innovative therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n
