Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions to address various mental health issues and relational conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify family dynamics and individual needs.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to promote open communication and healing among family members.
\n
• Responding to and managing crises effectively while ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for this position:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
