Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, adhering to best practices in remote therapy delivery.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and mental health needs to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating a deep understanding of behavioral health emergencies and appropriate responses.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring information is secure and accessible when needed.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to stay current with licensure requirements and emerging therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. As an LMFT, you will help guide them through their journeys, equipping them with effective communication skills and conflict resolution strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
