Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work comfortably from your home or any location of your choice. You will join a collaborative community health clinic team that prioritizes mental well-being and fosters an environment of trust and transparency. Expected working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Micro Precision Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulating individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions as appropriate.

• Documenting ongoing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously, following company protocols and standards of practice.

• Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to client care and satisfaction.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, which may include case managers, educators, and medical personnel, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Utilizing innovative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their treatment goals, fostering an empowering environment for change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong knowledge of family therapy techniques and community resources available to assist clients.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate treatment plans and client progress clearly.

• The ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients, while creating a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and relevant technologies.
