Work Environment\n

As an LMFT at Micro Precision, you will primarily operate in an outpatient office environment with the flexibility of remote work. Our team works collaboratively, fostering a supportive atmosphere that values autonomy and encourages therapists to develop their schedule according to their needs and the needs of their clients. You will engage in direct interactions with clients during structured hours, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while also allowing for the dynamic nature of telehealth appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will perform a variety of critical responsibilities that directly impact client care and therapeutic outcomes. Key tasks include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and mental health diagnoses for clients, followed by developing and implementing tailored treatment plans.

• Maintaining a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring each session meets the individualized needs of clients.
\n
• Delivering exceptional customer service, working in synergy with other professionals, including case managers, medical staff, and families to address comprehensive client needs.
\n
• Utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to enhance client experiences and help achieve through actionable goals.

• Ensuring meticulous documentation of sessions and ongoing progress, adhering strictly to company policy and protocol.
\n
• Engaging in collaborative care and regular consultations, optimizing client care and streamlining communication amongst various service providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds seeking assistance with a variety of issues, including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Successful candidates will show evidence of effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of expressing complex ideas clearly to clients and collaborating effectively with team members.

• An understanding of healthy boundaries and the ability to model stability for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Comfort with fee collection protocols while ensuring a supportive client experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Micro Precision Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
