Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting healthy coping strategies and skills among clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with clinic policies and ethical standards.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to provide therapy and engage with clients, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when additional support is needed, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• Current active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
