Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional health of clients, establishing strong therapeutic alliances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to guide clinical interventions, including Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that address diverse mental health concerns while employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills, conflict resolution, and emotional connection.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client records, encompassing progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories to ensure continuity of care.

• Review and revise treatment plans regularly in alignment with clients' evolving needs and progress metrics.

• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
