Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorders, tailoring treatment strategies to their individual needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans based on clients' personal goals and preferences, ensuring these plans are holistic and comprehensive.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective treatment.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, enhancing their overall understanding and engagement.

• Monitor client progress consistently and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and foster a collaborative environment aimed at continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Advocate for clients by addressing mental health stigma and ensuring their needs are met within the healthcare system.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
