Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy, helping clients navigate a variety of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship conflicts.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique values, goals, and needs of each client, while regularly reviewing progress.

• Create an atmosphere of trust and openness, encouraging clients to express their thoughts and feelings, thus facilitating effective therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment strategies, utilizing both standardized assessment tools and clinical insight.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including fellow therapists, case managers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate and enhance client care.

• Act as a first responder in crisis situations, providing immediate support to clients facing urgent psychological needs.

• Continuously seek professional growth by engaging in continuous education opportunities, attending workshops, and obtaining certifications related to specialized fields like adolescent therapy, trauma, or couples counseling.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure to practice as a LCMFT in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Psyche Counseling LLC offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000, based on qualifications and experience.
