Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person, ensuring a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental atmosphere for clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client needs followed by the formulation of tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating mental health challenges and substance use issues. This role allows you to provide holistic care that emphasizes family dynamics and individual experiences, essential in creating effective treatment pathways.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) licensure in the state of Maryland, in good standing.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced degrees in psychology, social work, or counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Ability to provide therapy through both in-person and online formats to suit client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.

• Experience in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Delamere Mental Health offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
