Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges widely, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges related to mental health, relationship dynamics, and substance use. You will approach each client with empathy and understanding, utilizing therapeutic modalities that best suit their preferences and needs, whether it be cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, or other treatment methods.

  Must hold an active and insured Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) credential in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Delamere Mental Health offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and disability coverage.
