Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while targeting an outpatient client base. You will connect with clients in a virtual setting, providing a safe and supportive environment for therapy sessions. Although primarily remote, occasional in-office meetings and team consultations will enhance collaboration and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily duties as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist at Delamere Mental Health include:

• Providing individualized therapy sessions for clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and creating tailored treatment plans that promote their personal growth and healing.

• Keeping meticulous and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice guidelines.

• Participating in regular team meetings for case discussions and consultations, sharing insights to enhance treatment strategies and client care.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, and staying updated on the latest best practices in therapy to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Demonstrating adaptability in managing scheduling and therapy session formats to accommodate clients' needs, whether in-person or through online platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, ranging from young children to older adults. You will address various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will help families navigate complex dynamics and promote healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Possess an active and insured Licensure as a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in the state of Maryland without any disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in individual, couple, and family settings.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing technology for delivering both remote and in-person therapy sessions, demonstrating competence with telehealth platforms.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Ability to function independently while also being a collaborative team member, contributing to shared goals and organizational missions.

Preferred Experience\n
