Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve primarily consists of low-acuity adults requiring support for diverse emotional and mental health needs. By utilizing a strengths-based approach, you will help clients develop coping mechanisms and strategies that enhance their well-being. The nature of your work prioritizes client-centered care, focusing on understanding individual experiences and nurturing therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey, with no disciplinary actions on record.

• Superior interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a compassionate approach in all client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
