Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat to address clients' mental health concerns.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions and explore their experiences, aiding in their self-discovery and relationship insights.

• Act as a client advocate, helping them to define personal goals and objectives for therapy.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, and develop and implement treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate documentation of each session and treatment plan, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent.

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates with disciplinary actions on their records will not be considered.

• Strong skills in clinical evaluation, decision-making, and developing actionable treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, combined with a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for telehealth services.
