Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and design effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques aimed at resolving personal issues, enhancing coping skills, and promoting emotional growth.

• Collaborate with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals and systematically track their progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with organizational policies and licensing requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, supervision, and collaborative practice with peers to uphold the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves an adult population, though therapists may also interact with child and adolescent clients given our diverse service offerings. You will have the opportunity to impact lives positively, helping clients from varying backgrounds navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs, particularly with adult clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Additionally, you will benefit from:
