Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individual client needs and mental health challenges, then develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality, individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to promote clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

• Engage in collaborative goal setting with clients, continually evaluating progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain thorough and ethical documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes to comply with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Offer teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or those preferring virtual sessions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Contribute to team discussions and share insights during supervision and training opportunities to improve collective care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, and we particularly welcome therapists with experience in working with couples, families, children, teens, and marginalized communities, including clients of color and the LGBTQIA community. You will have the opportunity to provide therapy that resonates with the unique experiences and cultural backgrounds of each client, fostering a personalized approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals facing complex mental health issues.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in providing therapy to couples and families, as well as proven cultural competence in working with clients of various backgrounds, is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with various therapeutic tools and techniques will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a generous sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
