Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health perspectives, strengths, and available resources that influence their treatment.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and intervention strategies, continually adapting based on client progress.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, while developing safety plans as required, responding adeptly to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Lead psychoeducation classes or support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience and community engagement among clients.

Qualifications\n
