Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a clear understanding of their mental health status.

• Develop individualized treatment plans by co-creating SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound) goals alongside clients, tailored to their unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate impactful sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and available treatment options, while promoting essential self-care practices and resilience-building strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on advancements and feedback, ensuring each client's needs are met throughout their journey.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care, emphasizing a well-rounded approach to mental health.

Qualifications\n
