Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' emotional and mood-related symptoms, particularly in the context of marriage and family dynamics.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of each client, leveraging diverse therapeutic modalities, including structural family therapy, strategic therapy, and narrative therapy.

• Implement evidence-based treatment approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on effective methodologies to address client concerns.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and self-care techniques to enhance overall wellness.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes, and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with legal and ethical practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
