Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive therapeutic rapport with clients and families, creating a trusting environment for open dialogue.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and relationship issues.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging therapeutic sessions, employing various evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress at each session, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide holistic care and refer clients to specialized services when needed.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold standards of confidentiality in compliance with HEPA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
