Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for couples and families, considering each person’s unique situation.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples together and one-on-one sessions to address various challenges including family conflicts, grief and loss, and communication issues.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each family member, fostering an environment of respect and open communication.

• Track progress and document treatment outcomes, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure the best possible results for your clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance holistic care delivery, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to overall patient wellness.

• Stay current with best practices in the field of family therapy and engage in continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on families and individuals dealing with a wide array of issues including, but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
