Work Environment\n

This position is solely remote, allowing you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your home while enjoying a work-life balance that aligns with a Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. You will engage in meaningful interactions from your location, utilizing various telehealth platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in your clients, utilizing standardized tools and individualized approaches.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific emotional and psychological needs, ensuring goals are actionable and measurable.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to fit the unique strengths and situations of each client.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering a supportive environment where they feel informed and empowered.
