Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, applying evidence-based practices to assess the needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients to provide support and facilitate meaningful conversations around their mental health and life challenges.

• Perform ongoing assessments of client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting open dialogue and fostering a supportive therapeutic community.

• Refer clients to other mental health specialists or resources when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• Valid LMFT license in the state of California is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Uplift Yourself Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
