This position is rooted in a remote work setting, enabling you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your home while focusing on clients’ needs. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication difficulties.

• Develop personalized, client-driven treatment plans that accurately reflect the values, needs, and goals of your clients.

• Cultivate a therapeutic environment of trust and cooperation, establishing rapport with clients to facilitate honest and open dialogue.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support clients in their treatment journey and enhance their mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers to promote comprehensive and holistic care.

• Engage in crisis intervention to provide immediate support for clients facing urgent mental health needs.

• Actively pursue professional development opportunities in specialized areas of interest, such as adolescent therapy, trauma-informed care, or couples counseling, to refine your expertise.

As an LCMFT with Psyche Counseling LLC, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals to couples and families. Each client presents a unique narrative and a variety of challenges that require empathetic engagement and tailored therapeutic strategies. Your commitment to inclusivity and understanding will play a pivotal role in aiding these clients towards mental wellness and stronger relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Valid Maryland licensure as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT).

• Proficient clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills.

• Strong communication and counseling capabilities, allowing for effective interpersonal interactions with clients and team members.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a structured team environment.

• Sound understanding of ethical guidelines, confidentiality practices, and legal considerations pertinent to therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
