Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being through initial interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions to enhance communication, resolving conflicts, and reinforcing healthy relationships.

• Monitor the progress of clients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Keep meticulous records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Participate in continuous learning through professional development opportunities, conferences, and training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy from the relevant State Board is necessary for this position.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or couples therapy, with a focus on evidence-based interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
