Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorders and relationship issues, focusing on their unique symptoms and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing effective modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client's specific needs and goals.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care practices to enhance overall mental health.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals in a multi-disciplinary approach to provide holistic care for clients.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices related to mood disorders and therapy techniques to continually refine treatment strategies.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to the team’s collective knowledge.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health rights and needs, reducing stigma while enhancing access to care and support.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
