This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting with occasional opportunities for in-person engagement in our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with couples and families to understand their unique challenges.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with both individuals and families, fostering open communication and trust.

• Develop tailored treatment plans addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to significant life changes like separation and divorce.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
\n
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment modalities and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues. Therapists will work closely with families dealing with:

• Conflict resolution among family dynamics

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n
