Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans informed by clinical best practices and the latest evidence-based methods.

• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, employing techniques that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical encounters, including clinical notes and progress assessments, in compliance with department policy.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to devise and review comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring inclusion of appropriate discharge plans based on psychosocial evaluations.

• Assist clients with discharge procedures and manage care coordination to enhance access to external services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
