This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide essential support while maintaining a work-life balance that promotes your well-being. We offer flexible scheduling options with available 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to gather and interpret social, personal, environmental, and health information relevant to their care.
\n
• Assess, evaluate, and treat various mental health issues, ensuring clients receive appropriate interventions.
\n
• Design and coordinate programs and activities aimed at addressing clients' social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitate treatment of cognitive, affective, and behavioral health issues, including crisis intervention when necessary.
\n
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships characterized by mutual respect and trust.
\n
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plans, documenting findings in line with established protocols.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload and ensure timely updates of client documentation and records.
\n
• Deliver individual clinical counseling tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Engage in additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client demographic, including infants and young children, their parents, and families experiencing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, loss, familial distress, relationship issues, and substance dependency. Your expertise will be instrumental in connecting clients with necessary community resources and fostering environments conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a similarly relevant discipline.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of progressive experience in clinical social work or a related psychological field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated prior experience in counseling individuals facing challenges such as mental health disorders, family conflicts, grief, and other related issues.

• Experience working within a hospice or end-of-life care environment will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus, health benefits (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and generous paid holidays and vacation time.
