Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients both in the community and virtually, addressing issues related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Perform comprehensive assessments, including brief, evidence-based screening to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Devise and implement integrated care plans and ensure seamless access to health services, liaising effectively between clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs and recovery goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, responding promptly to clients in need of immediate support.

• Monitor patient progress by tracking attendance and participation in treatment, ensuring individuals remain aligned with their recovery objectives.

• Complete all necessary documentation and reporting on time, ensuring compliance with professional and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
