Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children and families to identify developmental delays and formulate actionable support plans.

• Play an instrumental role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Provide direct support to families, educating them on strategies to enhance their child’s development based on evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting children from birth to three years old, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. Through our specialized Children’s Services programs, you will help these young clients develop vital physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills at a critical stage in their lives. Your insights and interventions will create lasting impacts on their lifetime trajectories and familial well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health, holding the LCSW designation.
