Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients’ mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans reflective of best practices.

• Delivering psychotherapy services using a range of evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual patient requirements.

• Documenting all clinical interactions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining accurate clinical records.

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participating in case consultations and team meetings aimed at improving care delivery and discussing complex cases.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families about treatment options and available community resources to facilitate their engagement in mental health care.

• Staying updated on emerging research and methodologies in mental health to continuously integrate new knowledge into your practice.

• Managing a caseload of patients with diverse needs, ensuring timely progress towards their treatment goals while adhering to ethical and professional standards outlined by the NASW.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of patients, ranging from individuals facing acute mental health crises to those seeking long-term therapeutic support. This includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating safe spaces for these individuals to explore their mental health concerns and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with life and disability insurance. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
