Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Elevance, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of your clients.

• Developing detailed treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring they align with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges related to substance use disorders, emotional distress, and co-occurring conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW or an equivalent credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Elevance offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide:
