This remote role will primarily involve providing therapeutic support to clients at our detox center located in Pomona, California. Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, giving you flexibility while you engage with clients. As part of a detox center, you will join a multidisciplinary team of seasoned professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, working together to deliver coordinated, effective treatment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate individual treatment plans that adopt evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, to address diverse mental health challenges faced by clients.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations while maintaining integrity in confidentiality.

• Engage in collaboration with the treatment team to devise comprehensive care strategies that support emotional and psychological recovery for patients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, enhancing both individual practice and team synergy.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, community resources, and available treatment options.
\n
• Stay abreast of current trends and findings in mental health research to continually refine clinical practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals undergoing detoxification and facing complex mental health challenges. Clients may present with conditions related to substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, and depression, requiring a range of tailored interventions that emphasize compassionate care and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW license in the state of California.

• At least three years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this, our benefits package includes:
