Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW in our Hospice Center, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing end-of-life issues, grief, and loss. Our clients often require specialized support to navigate the stresses associated with impending transitions. This role emphasizes the importance of empathetic communication and trauma-informed methodologies, as you provide psychological support to patients and their families during incredibly challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
