Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video, tailoring your approach to meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of adult clients dealing with various mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and fellow therapists to create comprehensive treatment plans that foster holistic recovery.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and track functional improvements to monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal outcomes.

• Document clinical interactions promptly and accurately in our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, allowing for real-time updates and insights into patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LCSW will involve working with a diverse population facing a broad range of emotional disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.
