Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychologists, addiction specialists, and medical staff to ensure holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our detox center, you will primarily work with individuals facing substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. You will provide a supportive environment to help clients navigate the challenges of recovery, emphasizing trauma-informed care and empowering them on their road to wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
