Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, monitoring progress and adjusting the approach as needed.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and rehabilitation specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and support groups, helping clients build resilience and coping strategies.

• Conduct crisis interventions when necessary, performing risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client security.

• Maintain accurate client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
