Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status of patients, utilizing established clinical tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and consider the unique backgrounds and needs of patients, as well as their families.

• Implement ongoing evaluation of patient progress, refining treatment interventions as necessary to ensure effective symptom management and optimal mental health outcomes.

• Document all treatment records, reports, and clinical information accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to departmental procedures and regulatory standards.

• Work in partnership with patients and their families to formulate collaborative treatment strategies that promote patient engagement and empowerment.

• Coordinate referrals, maintaining effective communication with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

• Contribute to the growth and development of team members by providing mentorship and education to interns, residents, and volunteers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
