Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, to provide tailored treatment for individuals, families, and groups.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that establish clear goals and effective interventions, ensuring that each client receives care that is both relevant and impactful.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to each client’s care.
\n
• Respond to urgent situations with crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning, demonstrating your commitment to client safety and emotional well-being.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly, adhering to best practices in ethical and legal standards of mental health care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes aimed at building resilience and connection among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from children to older adults facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will directly contribute to promoting mental wellness and crafting effective strategies for coping and recovery among diverse populations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment approaches, including a strong clinical skill set.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, complemented by a competitive benefits package.
