Work Environment\n

This position is based at our Hospice Center in Gilbert, Arizona, where all employees work in a remote setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners, fostering a supportive and integrated approach to inmate mental health care. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call responsibilities as necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs, risk factors, and background of incarcerated individuals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique experiences and mental health issues of each inmate.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a variety of psychological concerns.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at personal growth, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure a holistic treatment approach.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques.

• Offer psychoeducation to inmates and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and available resources.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to enhance treatment processes and collaborate on inmate care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
