Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients’ mental health conditions, employing standardized diagnostic tools and personalized interviews.

• Design, implement and periodically revise individualized treatment plans that are grounded in evidence-based practices and reflect the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient.

• Provide psychotherapy, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care tailored to support patients dealing with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and addiction specialists to develop holistic care strategies that address both mental health and substance use disorders.

• Monitor and document treatment progress, adjusting strategies as necessary based on feedback from patients and interdisciplinary consultations.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, including available treatment options and community resources, promoting a shared understanding of recovery pathways.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards of mental health practice, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Perfect Prescription Healthcare, you will work primarily with adults undergoing detoxification from substance use and managing accompanying mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
